About Niña
Communicator| Connector | Creative Soul | Changemaker
Niña is a creative soul whose passion lies in advocating causes, evangelizing ideas, working with civic groups, blogging and social media, performing poetry, and enjoying the performing arts.
She first established herself as a writer and a communicator, having co-authored books and written for a long list of publications and clients. Her pieces have been published in MEGA Magazine, Entrepreneur Philippines, Cosmopolitan Philippines, METRO Magazine, Smart Parenting, Starfish, Philippine Daily Inquirer, Inquirer Blogs, and Good News Pilipinas, among others.
Her first book, S4: Success Secrets of the Sales Superstars (2003), was co-written with author, trainer, and entrepreneur Ardy Roberto. Her second book, [r]evolutionaries: Stories of young Filipinos who have turned the world around, upside down, and inside out, was co-written with Silvie Bandiola-Agravante and published by the Ten Accomplished Youth Organizations (TAYO) Foundation. It is scheduled to be released in the second quarter of 2010.
More than these, Niña is a communications strategist who uses her wide range of skills, experiences, and interests to connect the dots and cook up messaging and branding ideas that infect audiences and markets and incite them to positive action. When she is not working, blogging, or practicing yoga, Niña is addressing young Filipinos about their potentials to bring positive change to the country through alternative means.
